Allowing someone to care for you is a very delicate situation, but receiving care in your own home is also a very private experience. We will work with you to provide tailored, personalised home visits based on what you want and need, all at the time when you need us to be there. It’s your choice! Our Care Professionals visit when you want them to, so you choose when you get up, eat meals, go out, or go to bed.

Many people we support simply want company and conversation, whether they live alone and cannot see their family and friends as often as they would like, or if they are recently bereaved and are finding it hard to adjust. Loneliness can have serious effects on a person’s health and Distinguished Homecare aims to prevent loneliness through companionship care.

Having support with personal care, whether it’s help with dressing, bathing, or assistance with meals and medication, can make a big difference to your quality of life. We understand that personal care can be sensitive to each individual. That’s why our professional carers are discreet and take time to build a close rapport with our clients to make sure it is a more individual and personal experience.

Housekeeping &

Domestic Care

Home help services for elderly people include help taking out the bins, dusting, hoovering, decluttering, feeding the cat and even washing and ironing. It covers all aspects of housekeeping to help you to live well in your home environment so that it remains clean, tidy and safe.

Respite

Homecare

Looking after family members or loved ones who need constant care can be very demanding. A break from the day to day routine for the carers involved can be very welcome and extremely beneficial. We provide respite care from a few hours a day to live in care to cover a holiday or break if carers themselves need to go into hospital.

Night Care

Support

Night Care at home is an essential part of our offering at Distinguished Care Services. Our dedicated team of people work through the night, so that our customers can feel and remain well supported and cared for whatever the time.
