These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute arising between us under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

The purpose of the Website is to provide individuals and businesses with information on the range of care services, courses, centres, products and other services offered by or via Distinguished.world Ltd including enrolment in England and Northern Ireland.
